Area 2: Domestic Political Contexts in Developing Countries / Area Studies

The research cluster’s focal point is on changing political and societal contexts in developing countries. Thereby it spans a broad spectrum of research related to issues like political transformation, democratization, corruption, political systems, elections and parties.
